- 1,000 gr pork (lean boneless)
- 160 gr tomatillos
- 240 ml broth from meat
- 30 ml cooking oil
- 18 gr cilantro (chopped)
- 6 gr salt
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 gr marjoram
- some cover meat with water
