Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 onions
- 2 hrs
- 1/2 onions in a po bring
- 6 c chicken broth
- 3 c monterey jack cheese (grated)
- 4 c chicken breast (diced cooked)
- 1 lb beans (dried white)
- 9 oz green chilies (canned)
- 1 tb oil
- 2 ts cumin (ground)
- 1 1/2 ts oregano
- 1/4 ts cayenne pepper
mix thoroughly. Add to bean mixture. Add chicken & simmer 1hr. 3. Serve topped with grated cheese, salsa & sour cream.
