- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 onions
- 2 hrs
- 1/2 onions in a po bring
- 1,400 ml chicken broth
- 700 gr monterey jack cheese (grated)
- 550 gr chicken breast (diced cooked)
- 500 gr beans (dried white)
- 160 gr green chilies (canned)
- 16 ml oil
- 4 gr cumin (ground)
- 3 gr oregano
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
mix thoroughly. Add to bean mixture. Add chicken & simmer 1hr. 3. Serve topped with grated cheese, salsa & sour cream.
