Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 stock
- 4 c tomatoes (chopped plum)
- 1 c sweet peppers (diced red)
- 1/4 c celery (diced)
- 2 tb green chilies (chopped)
- 2 tb cilantro (chopped fresh)
- 1 ts olive oil
- 2 ts dill (fresh)
- 1/2 ts cayenne
- 1/4 ts cumin
Combine all ingredients except dill, cilantro, cumin, cayenne & salt. Bring to a boil & simmer for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly, then puree. Stir in remaining ingredients with some salt & pepper. Serve warmed or chilled. Nava Atlas, "Vegetariana"
