Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves crushed)
- 2 parsnips peel
- 2 carrots peel
- 2 celery ribs (chopped)
- 1 1/2 onions (white diced)
- 1 zucchini trimmed
- 1 squash trimmed (yellow)
- 2 quarts water
- 2 cups beans washed sorted (dried red)
- 7 ounce green chili peppers mild fire (diced roasted)
- 3/8 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sal simmer until all the vegetables are soft
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
