Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves crushed)
- 2 parsnips peel
- 2 carrots peel
- 2 celery ribs (chopped)
- 1 1/2 onions (white diced)
- 1 zucchini trimmed
- 1 squash trimmed (yellow)
- 1,900 ml water
- 525 gr beans washed sorted (dried red)
- 200 gr green chili peppers mild fire (diced roasted)
- 80 ml olive oil
- 6 gr salt
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr sal simmer until all the vegetables are soft
- 1 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
