Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 3 garlic (cloves crushed)
- 2 pizza seasoning
- 525 gr tomatoes up (cut)
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 220 gr pkg fat-free cottage cheese
- 190 gr tomato paste
- 180 gr box any pasta shape
- 65 gr bell peppers (chopped)
- 60 gr pkg mushrooms (sliced)
- 60 gr onions (chopped)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese
- 16 ml olive oil
- 8 gr sugar
- 4 gr salt
- 4 gr oregano
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr parsley
Preheat oven at 350. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, sugar, basil, oregano, pizza seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, cottage cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir in pasta mixture and pour into a 33 cm x 23 cm x 5 cm pan. Top with tomato mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Recipe By : Anita A. Matejka ----
