Ingredients
- 9 diameter cake with (pan)
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 additions
- 2 high sides
- 1 sweetened whipped cream (optional)
- 1 egg
- 220 gr golden brown sugar packed
- 150 gr sugar
- 130 gr flour
- 90 ml milk
- 60 gr pure maple syrup
- 50 gr butter room temperature (unsalted)
- 34 gr butter (unsalted)
- 30 gr walnuts-coarsely (chopped)
- 9 gr baking powder
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
Transfer cake to rack. Run knife around pan sides. Cool cake on rack for 30 minutes. Place a plate over pan; invert cake. Let stand 3 minutes, then gently lift off the pan. Serve warm with whipped cream.
