- 240 gr onion (chopped yellow)
- 190 gr tomato paste
- 140 gr green bell pepper (chopped)
- 120 gr green onions (chopped)
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 2 gr celery flakes
- 2 gr black pepper (ground)
- 1 ml tabasco sauce
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cayenne pepper (red)
- 1 gr garlic (minced)
- 1 gr oregano
I got this recipe from the January 94 issue of Shape magazine, in an article about the Cooper Clinic (I believe it's in Texas).
