Ingredients
- 250 gr chicken breasts (boneless)
- 240 ml chicken broth
- 130 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 60 ml nonfat sour cream
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 16 ml oil until but smokin the chicken (hot not)
- 8 gr flour
- 5 ml olive oil
- 5 ml oil to the skille the onion
- 3 gr parsley (chopped)
- 3 gr thyme (dried)
- 3 gr chicken seasoning
- 1 gr black pepper
- some garlic
NOTE: You can make this ahead of time, reserving the addition of the sour cream just before you serve it. I served this over cooked egg noodles, with French bread and chunky applesauce, and it was GREAT! Per serving ( 0.75 cup each): -20ÂșC at; 3 proteins; 1 vegetable; 30 optional calories.
