- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 stalk celery
- 1,100 ml broiler-fryer chicken
- 700 ml wine (red)
- 85 gr butter
- 80 gr mushrooms (fresh)
- 55 gr brandy
- 32 gr flour
- 6 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
mixed with cold water. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven for an extra 1 to 2 minutes if flour mixture is added.
