Ingredients
- 1/2 am oat bran
- 1/2 am oat flakes
- 250 gr tofu
- 180 gr am sesame tahini
- 160 gr maple syrup
- 130 gr am wheat pastry flour (whole)
- 60 gr slivered almonds
- 60 gr ricotta cheese
- 30 ml water
- 28 gr cocoa
- 16 gr rice syrup
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr almond extract
Combine first six ingredients to form a crumb mixture. Set aside (if crumb mixture does not stick together, add a little oil). Beat together remaining ingredients. Place half of crumb mixture in an oiled 23 cm x 30 cm pan, press down well; cover with cocoa mixture, then top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Cool and cut into squares.
