Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 500 gr flour
- 450 gr corn flakes
- 450 gr brown sugar
- 400 gr sugar (white)
- 375 gr liquid shortening
- 230 gr oats
- 210 gr nuts
- 160 gr coconut flakes
- 9 gr vanilla
- 9 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Cream sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in gradually the last 7 ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Randy Rigg
