- 2 baking dish
- 60 gr rice
- 60 ml water
- 32 gr almonds
- 30 gr onion
- 28 gr butter
- 28 gr mixture on fish fillet
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr rosemary
- 1 package spinach
- 1 package cream
NOTE: Flounder Florentine can be prepared in advance and refrigerated before you bake-and-serve.
