Ingredients
- 6 flounder fillets
- 2 baking dish
- 1/2 c rice
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 c almonds
- 1/4 c onion
- 2 tb butter
- 1/4 cup mixture on fish fillet
- 1 tb lemon juice
- 1/8 ts rosemary
- 1 package spinach
- 1 package cream
NOTE: Flounder Florentine can be prepared in advance and refrigerated before you bake-and-serve.
