Ingredients
- 15 bean soup beans
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 ham bone
- 1 turkey carcass
- 1 onion
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 2,400 ml water
- 325 gr ham scraps
- 230 gr ham scraps
- 1 slice celery stalk
- 1/2 slices carrot
- some salt and pepper
hot sauce. Add freshly chopped herbs if desired. Remove from the heat. May be made 1 to 2 days ahead. Add the remainder of the ham half hour before serving. Bring back to the boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered.
