Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 mamp
- 400 gr oats
- 240 gr semi-sweet chocolate
- 230 gr butter
- 220 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 30 ml milk
- 9 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 180ºC . Beat first six ingredients until smooth. Add combined oats, flour, soda, and salt; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 8 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes for chewy or 10 to dozen minutes for crisp cookies. Cool 2 minutes; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
