Ingredients
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 450 gr flour
- 230 gr margarine
- 220 gr brown sugar packed
- 240 ml cooking oil
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 160 gr quick oats (uncooked)
- 140 gr nuts (chopped)
- 120 gr rice krispies
- 80 gr coconut
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 ml cream of tartar
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Cream sugars and margarine. Add oil, egg and vanilla to creamed mixture, and mi x well. Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Add cereals, nuts and co conut and blend well. This will be a stiff dough. Flatten spoonfuls of dough on to greased cookie sheet and bake at 180ÂșC or 10-15 minutes, or until bro wned.
