- 60 gr rice (cooked)
- 55 gr butter
- 30 ml water
- 30 ml sour cream scallions are better than onions for this
- 6 gr salt
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr salt
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper brown the onions in the fat
- 1 gr salt and pepper
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper mix all the ingredients until smooth

potatoes half cup potato flour 3 eggs 1 teaspoon salt quarter teaspoon pepper Brown the onions in 4 tablespoons chicken fat or butter. Cool. Knead together the remaining fat or butter, the potatoes, potato flour, eggs, salt and pepper. Break off pieces (about 5 cm long) and flatten slightly. Place a teaspoon of browned onions on each and cover by pinching the edges together. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven 25 minutes. Makes about 20.
