Ingredients
- 1 sesame oil
- 240 ml chicken broth
- 100 gr peas (frozen)
- 65 gr pork (ground)
- 30 ml bean sauce (hot)
- 30 ml oil
- 16 ml water
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 8 gr cornstarch
- 16 ml rice wine
- 7 gr green onion
- 5 gr ginger (chopped)
- 3 gr garlic (chopped)
- 3 gr chili peppers (hot crushed)
- 2 packages tofu cubed
- 1 package straw mushrooms (drained)
paste and crushed chili peppers. Stir. 3. Add the chicken broth and tofu. Bring to a boil. Add the peas and mushrooms 4. Mix the cornstarch with water. Add to the wok and stir gently until thickened. 5. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
