- 350 gr unbleached all-purpose flour
- 240 ml poppy seeds milk to cover the seeds
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr butter
- 30 ml honey
- 38 gr sugar
- 5 gr butter
- 1 package dry yeast (active)
from one long edge and roll up, making sure that the filling is sealed inside. Place on a non-stick baking sheet, seam side down. Bake in a preheated 180ÂșC . oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Brush with the egg laze and cool on a wire rack.
