Ingredients
- 6 garlic (minced)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1 sweet green pepper
- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 400 ml tomato sauce
- 140 gr beef (lean ground)
- 120 ml wine (red)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper (ground)
- 1 gr leaf basil (dried)
- 1 gr leaf oregano
Form meat into 3 cm meatballs. Add to cooking spaghetti sauce. Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Saute for 2 min. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often. Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 15 min.
