- 2 dry yeast (active)
- 2 egg (white)
- 1/2 shape
- 1/2 a ball (into)
- 475 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr cheese
- 160 ml nonfat dry milk
- 80 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 60 ml lukewarm water
- 16 ml olive oil
- 8 gr sugar
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr cayenne pepper (ground red)
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180ºC . Brush the risen loaves with beaten egg white. With a sharp knife, make three 1 cm deep slashes in each loaf. Sprinkle loaves with the remaining 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the loaves sound hollow when tapped on the bottom. Cool on a wire rack. Makes two 15 cm loaves, 8 slices each. 170 calories per slice; 8 g protein, 3 g fat, 27 g carbohydrate, 147 mg sodium, 19 mg cholesterol
