Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 220 gr camp
- 160 gr rolled oats
- 130 gr sifted all-purpose flour
- 75 gr corn flakes
- 65 gr peanuts (salted)
- 55 gr butter
- 50 gr shortening
- 2 gr vanilla
- 2 ml soda
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Melt shortening and butter over very low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, soda, baking powder, and salt; sift into sugar mixture and mix well. Blend in oats, corn flakes, and peanuts. Shape dough into 3 cm balls. Place 5 cm apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 180ÂșC or dozen to 15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen 5 cm cookies.
