Ingredients
- 1/4 thinly bok choy (sliced)
- 1/4 bell pepprer (red)
- 700 ml water
- 50 gr snow peas (diagonally sliced)
- 32 gr thinly carrots (sliced)
- 30 gr onions (sliced)
- 9 gr vegetable bouillon powder
- 6 gr garlic (minced fresh)
- 5 gr sesame
- 3 gr granulated garlic
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
In a medium-size saucepan, saute onions, carrots, bok choy and bell pepper in oil over medium heat until vegetables soften, about 5 minutes. Add water, bouillon powder, ginger and garlic.
