Ingredients
- 1/4 thinly bok choy (sliced)
- 1/4 bell pepprer (red)
- 3 c water
- 1/4 c snow peas (diagonally sliced)
- 1/4 c thinly carrots (sliced)
- 1/4 c onions (sliced)
- 1 tb vegetable bouillon powder
- 2 ts garlic (minced fresh)
- 1 ts sesame
- 1 ts granulated garlic
- 1/4 ts ginger (ground)
In a medium-size saucepan, saute onions, carrots, bok choy and bell pepper in oil over medium heat until vegetables soften, about 5 minutes. Add water, bouillon powder, ginger and garlic.
