Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 3 jalapenos
- 2 lamb
- 2 onions
- 1,400 gr sirloin
- 350 ml tomato sauce
- 300 gr tomatos
- 270 gr green bell peppers
- 200 gr tomato paste
- 10 ml corn oil
- 6 gr cumin (freshly ground)
- 4 gr salt
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 3 gr cayenne pepper flakes
- 2 gr mexican oregano
Heat oil in a large heavy pot or cast iron Dutch oven. Add meat, onions, garlic, and Bell peppers. Cook until onions are transluscent. Add the beer, tomatos, tomato sauce, spices, peppers, and sesame oil. Cook for 2 hours on Low heat, stirring frequently. Add the tomato paste and cook on Simmer for 30 minutes more. Serve hot!
