Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 turkey (ground cooked)
- 350 gr pkg fat-free cottage cheese
- 325 gr fat-free mozzarella cheese
- 270 gr mozzarella cheese
- 240 ml spaghetti sauce onto bottom
- 190 gr tomato paste
- 150 gr pkg pasta shells (jumbo)
- 95 gr cans tomatoes (crushed)
- 80 gr pkg mushrooms (sliced)
- 65 gr bell peppers (chopped)
- 60 gr onions (chopped)
- 40 gr fat-free parmesan cheese
- 9 gr salt
- 5 gr black pepper
- 5 gr oregano
- 4 gr granulated sugar
- 2 gr basil
- 2 gr parsley
