- 3 onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 475 ml broth
- 450 gr pinto beans (dried)
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 120 ml cider vinegar
- 60 ml vinegar (raw)
- 60 ml chili sauce
- 45 ml prepared mustard
- 30 ml peanut oil
- 18 gr chili powder
- 1 ml pepper sauce (hot)
- 1 slice thinly
over the top and bake 45-60 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 6-8. A good brown bread and cole slaw accompany this dish very well.
