Ingredients
- 62 1/2 squash (yellow)
- 3 coconut cream
- 2 coconut milk
- 2 l potatoes
- 1 1/2 zucchini
- 1 green chillis
- 1 garlic (cloves)
- 1 in a based melt the butter over a low hea (heavy pan)
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 pepper (red)
- 1/2 l onion
- 1/4 cauliflower
- 240 ml coconut milk
- 70 gr green beans
- 60 ml coconut cream
- 24 gr coriander leaves
- 14 gr butter
- 5 gr ginger (grated)
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr cardamom (ground)
- 1 gr turmeric
- 1 slice lemon rind
Serve on a large platter, garnished with fresh coriander leaves. Any combination of vegetables may be used for this korma-like curry.
