- 1/2 candied cherries
- 1/2 citron
- 2,600 gr candied pineapple
- 575 gr sifted cake flour
- 425 gr brown sugar
- 375 gr shortening
- 240 ml honey
- 240 ml molasses
- 325 gr raisins
- 280 gr dates
- 210 gr currants
- 130 gr nut meats
- 95 gr candied orange
- 65 gr cider
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr mace
- 1 gr cinnamon
