Ingredients
- 160 gr regular oats
- 95 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 60 ml honey
- 65 gr wheat germ
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 30 ml orange juice
- 20 gr flaked coconut
- 16 gr almonds (sliced)
- 2 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
This is quarter original recipe. Mix first 5 ingredients in electric mixer. Combine oil, honey, and juice and pour over mixture. Mix until completely blended. Spread evenly in a shallow pan and bake in 120ºC oven for 45 minutes. Stir in coconut and almonds and bake 30 minutes more. Cool and stir in raisins. half cup serving 227 calories 1 starch, -20ºC ruit, -20ºC at exchanges. 27.9 grams carbohydrate, 4.7 grams protein, 11.9 gm fat, 4 gm fiber 98.4 mg sodium, 189.1 mg potassium, 0 cholesterol NOTE: To cut calories and fat, reduce the coconut and oil by a third.
