• 2 packages flat noodles
• 1 package chow mein noodles

• 1 milk
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/2 recipe linguine
• 240 ml chicken broth
• 130 gr broccoli (frozen)
• 16 gr flour
• 14 gr margarine
• 10 gr fat-free parmesan cheese
• 4 gr garlic (minced)
