• 80 gr mushrooms (sliced)
• 65 gr green pepper (finely chopped)
• 60 ml water
• 55 gr flat noodles (cooked)
• 28 gr butter
• 24 gr flour
• 3 gr salt

• 400 oven
• 9 pie with pastry (pan)
• 8 as an appetizer
• 4 as an entree
• 2 crust pie
• 3/8 noodles (drained)
• 3/8 ham
• 120 ml milk
• 110 gr flat noodles (cooked)
• 45 ml sour cream

Tasty Bean Curd

• 2 garlic (cloves)
• 1 1/2 bean curd
• 1 bean sprouts
• 1/2 bamboo shoots (sliced)
• 120 ml water chestnuts (sliced)
• 90 gr broccoli (sliced)
• 85 gr mushrooms (sliced)
