• 270 gr mixed vegetables (frozen)

• 2 garlic (cloves)
• 1 1/4 italian herb seasoning
• 1 onion
• 1 black pepper (freshly ground)
• 1 bay leaf
• 240 ml water
• 60 ml wine (red)
• 40 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
• 16 ml olive oil
• 8 gr sugar
