Kashmiri Rogan Josh
- 3 1/4 yoghurt (plain)
- 3 cubed lamb
- 1 3/4 stick of cinnamon
- 1 asafetida
- 850 ml water

Masoor Dal
- 4 cardamom pods
- 2 stick of cinnamon
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 masoor dal
- 55 gr ghee
- 38 gr desiccated coconut
- 6 gr turmeric (ground)
- 4 gr coriander (ground)
- 4 gr cumin (ground)
- 4 gr salt
Shahi Korma
- 10 cardamom pods (whole)
- 8 garlic (cloves)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1 cube of ginger (fresh)
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 900 gr boned lamb
- 300 ml cream (heavy)
- 240 ml water
- 36 ml vegetable oil
- 14 gr blanched slivered almonds
