Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 green bell pepper (cut into)
- 1 bell pepper (yellow cut into)
- 1 onion rings (sliced into)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 place six tortillas on a baking shee equally divide pepper
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 reserved
- 1/4 tortilla
- 1 pound lump crabmeat picked over
- 1 cup cheeses
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 3/8 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped finely)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
