Ingredients

  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 green bell pepper (cut into)
  • 1 bell pepper (yellow cut into)
  • 1 onion rings (sliced into)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 place six tortillas on a baking shee equally divide pepper
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 reserved
  • 1/4 tortilla
  • 1 pound lump crabmeat picked over
  • 1 cup cheeses
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 3/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped finely)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
