- 8 garlic (cloves)
- 4 sole
- 3 chillies (hot)
- 1 1/2 inside
- 1 ginger
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1/2 corriander
- 2 c onion (chopped)
- 1 c tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 tb salt
- 1 tb coriander seeds
- 1 ts brown sugar
- 1 ts turmeric
- 1 t salt inside
- 1/2 ts black mustard
- 1/2 ts fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 ts garam masala
- some water if needed
