Ingredients
- 12 frying combine olive oil (pan)
- 12 nonstick frying over hea coat (pan lightly)
- 1 pasilla chili (dried)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 cilantro sprigs (fresh)
- 1/2 cakes (thick)
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb shelled crab (cooked)
- 1/2 c carrots (minced)
- 1/2 c celery (minced)
- 3 tb dry wine (white)
- 1/4 c chicken broth
- 1/4 cup portions crab mixture crumbs (into)
- 1 tb olive oil
- 1 tb salad oil
- 2 1/2 ts lemon juice
- 2 slices bread (white)
