- 12 nonstick frying over hea coat (pan lightly)
- 1 pasilla chili (dried)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 cilantro sprigs (fresh)

- 180 ml mayonnaise
- 130 gr shelled crab (cooked)
- 65 gr carrots (minced)
- 50 gr celery (minced)
- 45 ml dry wine (white)
- 60 ml chicken broth
- 34 gr portions crab mixture crumbs (into)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 16 ml salad oil
- 12 ml lemon juice
- 2 slices bread (white)
