- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 sweet pepper (red)
- 1 squares
- 1/2 chicken
- 1/2 c chicken stock
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 c cashew nuts
- 2 tb soy sauce
- 1 tb oyster sauce
- 1 tb dry sherry
- 1 tb gingerroot
- 1 tb cornstarch
- 1 ts sesame oil
- 1/4 ts chili paste
- 1/2 dash peppers for the sweet pepper ingredien pepper sauce (yellow hot)
- some broccoli
- some remaining oil if necessary
centre of wok; cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir chicken mixture into sauce until coated. Sprinkle with cashew nuts.
