- 4 lb beef brisket
- 1/2 c honey
- 3/8 c wine (white)
- 3 tablespoon juice
- 3 tb mustard
- 2 tb vinegar (white)
- 2 tb salad oil
- 2 tb sugar
- 3 tb green onions
- 4 1/2 ts salt
- 3/4 ts curry powder
- 1/2 ts pepper
- 1 package apple jelly
- 1 package apricot (halves)
attached, blend apricot halves, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, and cloves until smooth. Pour into small bowl.
