Ingredients
- 225 grams greek yogurt
- 175 grams macaroni
- 175 grams feta cheese
- 50 grams cornstarch
- 50 grams butter
- 6 deciliters milk
- 4 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 garlic (cloves crushed)
- 2 soya mince
- 1 heat the oil in a frying (pan)
- 1 i omitted the tomatoes
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 200 c make the topping
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons oregano (dried)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (ground)
- 1 teaspoon mint (dried)
- 1 package cook the macaroni according to the instructions
- some topping
- some transfer to a ovenproof dish
Bake for 30 minute, then allow to cool for a few minutes. Cut into squares and serve with a green salad.
