Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 bell pepper (red)
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/4 onion (red)
- 8 c cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 t dijon mustard
- 2 t olive oil
- 2 t sugar
- 1 t wine vinegar (white)
- 1 t prepared horseradish
- 2 t lemon peel (grated)
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 t celery seeds
- 2 t parsley (chopped fresh)
Combine first 11 ingredients in bowl; wisk to blend. Refrigerate dressing until cold. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead). Combine cabbage, bell peppers, onion, carrot, parsley and lemon peel in large bowl. Toss with enough dressing to season to taste and serve.
