- 8 as a main course cooking time
- 3 eggs

- 1/2 prepared macaroni evenly in the base
- 3 c milk
- 500 g long macaroni
- 1/2 cup this sauce to the meat sauce (cooked)
- 1/2 c dry (red)
- 3/4 c kefalotyri cheese (grated)
- 6 tb butter
- 3/8 c butter
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 1/2 c flour
- 2 tb parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 ts sugar
- 1/2 ts nutmeg
- some toss well
- some cool a little before stirring in egg
