Ingredients
- 4 pork loin chops (thick)
- 1 lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 orange juice
- 1 orange
- 1/4 head green cabbage
- 2 lb bermuda onions
- 7 1/2 tb olive oil
- 3/8 c wine vinegar (red)
- 3/8 c dry wine (white)
- 1/2 c chicken stock
- 3/8 c firmly packed dark brown
- 2 tb redcurrant jelly
- 1 1/4 ts salt and pepper
- some salt and pepper
