Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes (plum)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 worcestershire
- 1/2 onion (red)
- 2 1/2 lb porterhouse steak
- 6 tb hoisin sauce
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 2 tb dijon mustard
- 2 tb soy sauce
- 2 tb dark brown sugar
- 1 tb honey
- 2 tb butter (unsalted)
- 2 tb rice wine vinegar
- 1 tb ancho chile powder
- 1 ts pasilla chile powder
- 1 ts cayenne
: Salt and freshly ground : black pepper to taste Season the steak with salt and pepper. Combine all sauce ingredients. Grill the porterhouse for 5 minutes on each side while basting with the sauce.
