Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes (plum)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 worcestershire
- 1/2 onion (red)
- 1,100 gr porterhouse steak
- 90 ml hoisin sauce
- 60 ml ketchup
- 30 ml dijon mustard
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 28 gr dark brown sugar
- 16 ml honey
- 18 gr butter (unsalted)
- 30 ml rice wine vinegar
- 8 gr ancho chile powder
- 3 gr pasilla chile powder
- 2 gr cayenne
: Salt and freshly ground : black pepper to taste Season the steak with salt and pepper. Combine all sauce ingredients. Grill the porterhouse for 5 minutes on each side while basting with the sauce.
