• 1 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 2 c miniature semi-sweet
• 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
• 5/8 c crisco shortening
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 c icing sugar
• 3 tb whipping cream
• 3/8 c cocoa
• 1 tb water
• 2 ts vanilla
• 1/2 ts salt
• 1/4 ts baking soda
