Ingredients
- 8 squid
- 2 onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 with a toothpick
- 1 c dry wine (white)
- 1/4 lb smoked ham
- 1/2 c parmesan chee (freshly grated)
- 1 t extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 t olive oil
- 2 t italian parsley leav (chopped)
- 1 t thyme (dried)
- 2 t parsley leaves (chopped)
- 1 t crumbled saffron threads
- some pepper to tas
seasoning and baste frequently. Remove the bay leaf, sprinkle the squid with the parsley, and serve.
